NooB - Needs HELP Cloning/Copying 44-pin IDE DOM

Up against IT! Need to figure out, how to copy the DOMs in DT Research DT166 thin-clients.

If there's a way, to do it in the case; GREAT! If not...I'm assuming, something along the lines of a 44-pin IDE/CF adapter?

And then, of course, there's the software. :??:

I've used a usb adapter, like This One, in the past with great success in copying laptop 44 pin IDE drives. I know I've still got mine ...somewhere. LoL

Be sure to have the drive connected and powered before plugging the adapter into the USB port of the pc. That's the way the one I have used worked at least. And try not to jostle the spinning drive while is powered up. :)
