Noob PC Builder please help

Are you going to overclock? If so, I would get a Z97 board, otherwise, that will work. The rest looks good except for the PSU. I would go for a better quality unit like this one:

Make sure which ever one you pick has enough wattage for your video card and overclock.

Thanks for the imput dude! I like your suggestion for the PSU, but when, if ever, would i need to overclock my CPU?
