Noob question regarding background services in windows

should i disable any services on my pc or should i leave them exactly how they are? (im a noob)

It depends if there isany unecessary service.
Take a print of the services and post here I can help disable some unecessary services (if there is any). If you have just installed windows, or recently installed. They should all be "needed".

Well you could disable 3-4 specific ones, which won't hinder the operation of your system, but it is generally not recommended, unless you are running some extremely old, weak setup.
