[SOLVED] Normal fan speed % ?

So I used HWmonitor to check system temp. under gpu temp it says Fans PWM - FANPWMIN0 (Value,Min,Max) all set to 30%...is this suppouse to be like this ? i guess min should be 30%
and max 100% ? also why it says CPUTIN is 57celsius normal while core temp is 30% for all 4

Use your motherboard software to verify fan speeds, HWmonitor isn't always accurate in that regard. Fan speeds are controlled by fan profiles and by default you have a balanced profile witch is pretty lenient on fan speeds. If you wish to change the when and where fans kick in you need to either select the high-performance profile or make a custom one.
