When I look at my new monitor from down angle, like if I crouch and come close to it and look up I can see screen flickering, like picture is moving... I saw that just by chance, and it's not noticable from normal angles.

Is that normal?

I can't see flicker in BIOS or when I turn on blue light filter, it's only noticable on light backgrounds, like white...

Here's the video.

As you can see, it's visible from down looking up but no when looking from normal angle.

Also it's not visible when some video is playing, or when I turn on blue light filter, only on static light backgrounds, at least visible for my eyes.

it's new monitor, new pc, I really hope it's something regular.

I hope you're right and it's a normal thing. I prefer picture with blue light filter on, more easy on the eyes, and with that setting on flicker dissapers completely.
