Normal nvidia gpu?

many manufacturers make their own custom cooling solutions

some even make unique modifications to the card's guts to help with overclocking an such

So basically a reference card is the GPU nvidia manufactured? And the other ones are manufactured by other companies.

in simple terms nvidia sells the plans to the house

manufacturers can follow the plans to the letter and make a reference model exactly

or they can add another bathroom and make their own custom version of the nvidia house
