Normal RPM speeds?

Hi all, just curious since my RPM seems higher than before. I just recently cleaned out my entire PC and reapplied fresh thermal paste as well. The really odd part to me is that this is while I only have Skype and Firefox on...

Here's what I get from HWMonitor:

Could it possibly be because of the room temperature as well as the temperature outside?
The core temps seem fine, but the rpm seems odd.

Any and all feedback would be much appreciated!

I don't know what kind of control you have in your UEFI, but you can try entering it (restart and tap the 'delete' key with no mercy). And see what the setting are at if their are any.

The cooler you are running would also make a difference as far as RPM speeds.
