Normal temps? VRM?

I have a Asus M5A97 LE R2.0 mobo and my temps for the mobo are 80 F and the CPU socket is at 87 F but my performance is fine in games at stock speeds.

No chance is that during gaming. The program must not be reading the senors correctly. Do those numbers change between idle and gaming loads? Or just stay about the same?

About the same. About 5 degree difference

I would check these temps again using a program called HWMonitor, to make sure they are accurate.
