Northbridge Cooling Needed?

I am over clocking for the first time on my new system:
E6400
Gigabyte GA-965P-DS3
1GB Corsair Ram

Thus far I have gotten an overclock of 350mhz. Now my Ram should be able to go higher as should the CPU - however when running dual instances of Prome 95 my northbridge reaches a toasty 62C. My CPU is a cool 42C and my HDD a fridgid 32C. My case is a NZXT with 3 120mm fans. The front and side fans are intake with the rear being exhaust

Is 62C too hot for a northbridge?
If so, what can I do to cool it down? (Currently I have just the stock Intel HSF)

Thanks guys!

another guy has the same board almost as i do (DQ6) and he zipped tied a fan onto it, im thinking of doin the came with a very old amd heatsinkfan, but mine nevers gos over 58 or u could also removie the heatpipe and replace the thermal pads with AS5 give up to 5c temp reduction most likely 3c, almost nothing beats a silent pc but
