How about adding to the thread we already have regarding this instead of creating a new one. By the way, this is not a delay. Previous roadmaps gave a date of somewhere between the end of November and beginning of January. This is just a narrowing of the given parameters.

Ummm...sorry to pick nits here, but "between the end of November and the beginning of January" only falls in 1Q2002 if the range is endpoint-inclusive and Intel pushes the Northwood out right on New Year's Day. Unless your 1Q2002 begins on some other date (not being sarcastic...this might very well be the case)?

This is more like a delay (albeit small) rather than a "narrowing..."

The new roadmap does not say Q1 2002. It says January 2002. Juin was not quite accurate.
