Northwood or Prescott

Want to upgrade to a P4 3.2 but go for northwood or prescott?
Northwoods seem hard to find and range from $20 to $80 more in price if found. Any suggestions. (Abit IS7 socket 478 motherboard)

The Abit boards tend to run a little warm, so go with the cooler chip. The northwood c will give as good or better performance in most progs anyhow.
