[SOLVED] Not able to activate Windows10 Pro after hardware change

I have recently upgraded my build due to motherboard failure. I have installed windows10 correctly in new build and signed into my Microsoft account also which was linked to my previous Windows10 build. After clicking on the "I changed hardware on this device recently", it is showing me only my old pc. Not the new one. So how can I activate Windows 10? Please help me out.

Thanks. Should I email them or call them up? I used Get Help option and it asked me to enter my Mobile number so an executive can get in touch with me.
