not able to copy flie

i have 14gb video format which i had to transfer it from my pc to adata hard disk and while copying the flie it shows that"file is too larg to copy" so what shoould i have to do???

If Windows is having a "fit" with that file, I'm wondering if booting a Puppy Linux usb or dvd and using its file manager to copy that 14GB file onto that adata HD might do the job.

My adata hd is 1tb And i get the solution.... And it is i format my hd to ntfs format and it works thanks for your support
