Not able to edit "computer setup" in profile

Sorry if this has been brought up before, but when I go into my personal settings I cannot input my Computer Setup, signature, etc... The Edit button is not there.

I haven't been involved in the forums recently so I apologize if this is something simple that I've missed.

Last I heard there was a 25 post minimum before that option becomes available.

Sorry, this screenshot is from "General Information" that's available on this website www.tomshardware.com in my Account Settings.

I copied the info the OP provided into his sig block. Still does not display.

I think the post count is the likely culprit. It could also be the "Display my signature by default" bit.
