Question Not able to update chipset driver

Hey I downloaded the chipset driver from MSI motherboard site and also downloaded it through live update 6 application, but to no avail was I able to update it. I started the application, it showed software version 17.12 I updated to that version, it showed a radeon logo and said installaiton finished and told me to restart, I checked the driver version in live update but it said it hadn't been updated. I just updated my bios through this live update 6 software so it is functional but its not updating the chipset driver version in it? any suggestions?
