Not able to use added Hard Disk Drive

I went to the device manager... the only difference from everyone is that i cant format mine. Help pleaseeeee..

Hi there zosmo,

I assume that you attached a secondary drive to your system.
You need to go to Disk Management(not Device Manager), initialize, partition and format the drive: http://products.wdc.com/support/kb.ashx?id=iSMr85
If the drive is not recognized by Disk Management, then you may need to reseat it, change cables as well as ports.
