Samsung (MZ-V6E250BW) 250GB EVO PCI Express 3.0 x4 NVMe Solid State Drive

MSI AMD AM4 B350 PC Mate Ryzen Gen DDR4 VRR M.2 Audio LAN ATX Motherboard - Black

Are you sure the same cable and monitors are still "same" as in perfect working order from before? Things do fail, and sometimes when you reshuffle equipment, that is when something that was just marginal and seemingly working well gets pushed over the edge. The important thing is to NOT make any assumptions and re-test and isolate the problem.

Oh I forgot to mention that I am using a VGA to HDMI adapter as my monitor only has DVI and VGA would this be part of the problem ? and I have switched cables and the same problem has occurred

Do you have VGA monitor to borrow to test? If you can plug a vga monitor directly to the VGA port you can then pin the issue to the adapter.

Normally I'd suspect the hdmi cable, because I've had more than 1 hdmi cable that just went bad on their own with unknown/unexplained/undetermined causes. For years they worked great with the TV, then one day they were doing symptoms like what you've describe. I had go buy new hdmi cable and re-test and found the old cable was no longer reliable.
