[SOLVED] Not being able to download nvidia drivers

I have tried for days now trying to download my drivers for my rtx 2070.
I had reseted bios trying to get rid of a password which worked but now my motherboard does not seem to recognize my gpu (RTX 2070). Ive checked device manager and its not there, ive tried downloading drivers manually and from the geforce app. I downloaded new bios for my gpu and nothing seems to work.

The fans in the rtx 2070 are spinning as well so i dont think the actuall gpu is broken

EDIT: There is also an unknown device which many people say are the graphics card but when i try to update it it cant find any updates both automaticaly and manually

You might want to use DDU to uninstall drivers and manually. Then go to Nvidia DL site and reinstall your specific drivers and see if that helps

just to make it clear everything worked great until i was resseting my bios by taking out the little lithium battery on the motherboard and put it back.

The system information you posted does not identify your motherboard other than being from Asus.
Is there a setting in your BIOS to choose between onboard and discrete graphics?

I have an ROG STRIX Z390-F GAMING and i cannot seem to find any of the options on bios

SOLVED. Just had to update my windows with https://support.microsoft.com/en-us...ssistant-3550dfb2-a015-7765-12ea-fba2ac36fb3f
When i installed windows again it had apperently installed a really old update.
