When i try to run things for example in the command prompt, it says i have to be an admin to do so, never used to, i was always the only user. Even in the control panel it says i'm an admin, but i c an't access admin features. Any ideas?

When you want to use a command prompt, so a search for cmd, and when the Command prompt app shows up, click in the right pane, Run as Administrator; this is assuming you have not changed the alternate start button from Power shell. As Nemsia said, this is all part of Windows 10 security, even if you are the Administrator and only user.

You are the only human user. System & Trustedinstaller are also users but they are controlled by windows and are there to run processes for you. WIndows wouldn't work well without SYSTEM.

the other 2 above are right, run as admin might help, but it really depends what commands you are trying to do as to whether system will let you. Many processes are owned by the other 2 users.
