Not Booting ASRock B75M-GL

Just built a new computer with this motherboard, I am using the on-board video at the moment and I am not getting any video whatsoever. No boot screen, nothing. Any help on how to get this thing up and running would be appreciated. Thanks.

My build is as follows:

Cpu: Intel Core i3-3220 Ivy Bridge 3.3GHz LGA 1155 55W

VGA: ASUS GTX650-DCO-1GD5 GeForce GTX 650 1GB

MOBO: ASRock B75M-GL

CASE: IN WIN Dragon Slayer Black 0.6mm SECC MicroATX

RAM: Kingston HyperX Blu 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Desktop Memory Model KHX1600C9D3B1K2/8GX

HD: Seagate Barracuda ST31000524AS 1TB 7200 RPM 32MB Cache SATA 6.0Gb/s 3.5" Internal Hard Drive -Bare Drive

PSU: COOLER MASTER eXtreme Power Plus RS500-PCARD3-US 500W ATX12V v2.3 Power Supply

Board is DOA. Took it out of computer and used CPU and heatsink, one stick of ram and onboard video. Still no boot screen.
