not booting the os

hai frnds... my pc have a problem... it's not booting the os... after switching on the power switch, bio settings are as accessable. but os is not booting...why...?
how can i boot it..?
i was already tried that, " cleaning RAM " and other parts of the CPU.
but it still bahave like this..🙁

but frnd, at the time of i trying, " it was booted "
and then i fited the doors of the CPU, then it is not working.. back to the form...🙁
