[SOLVED] Not booting up

Got a new motherboard (ipimb -ar) for my old pc and put the cpu and ram and 250w psu but not booting. I have windows 7 installed in my 500gb harddrive. It shows the hard drive in the bios. Also i have copied windows 7 to my pen but not showing in the boot options menu. It would be a very big help if someone tells me whats wrong with my pc

What are your full system specs?

What do you mean exactly? Because you have stated you can get to the BIOS, does it try to boot and say insert a boot device?

I am very sorry i dont know much about computers the problem is that i have to disable the secure boot. After that the computer is fine thank you for all ypur help
