Question Not booting windows 10 when Egpu is connected. PLS HELP!

Hi, connected RX 580 8GB to my laptop using EXP GDC external gpu dock.

Interface : mini pcie to x16 riser

Laptop not showing gpu in device manager after booting to windows. The gpu fan turns on when I start the laptop.

So I tried booting with external monitor connected to gpu using hdmi cable. This case the external screen starts with laptop logo. Then not boot after. I tried entering bios, it's possible and I can see it on the external monitor. Does it mean it detects the graphics card some how??!

But why is it not showing on device manager?

Also, when I enter bios in the external screen and try to go choose boot override screen, there is no ssd shown in the options. My windows is installed on ssd. Kindly help please!!!

usually Windows boot manager instead of the actual boot device is shown in boot order
which laptop is it?
BIOS of the laptop is up to date?
