Not detect my hard drive

in yesterday my computer is hang and when i restart my computer one of my 500gb sata hard drive not detect.in bios it also not seen.several time i pluged and unpluged the jacks but it not working.what is the problem? please any one answar me.

Start - Right Click Computer - Select Manage - Disk Management - Does it show up there?
