Not Detecting WiFi

Windoows isn't detecting my WiFi I've been trying to solve it on my own for hours now to no prevail, any help is appreciated!

If this is a new build you need to install the drivers from your official motherboard website.

I have installed all the drivers that would apply to anything wifi related, my Mobo is the Maximus x Formula in case that is relevant...
