Not displaying anything

I recently bought a new graphics card I bought a GTX 1060 6 GB I deleted all the drivers and then installed the 1060 it was working for a bit but it wasn't giving me the frames I should we have had it was give me 30-40 frames I tried restarting my computer multiple times unplugging and plugging it back in i took out and put back in the graphics card I took the CPU fan off and cleaning it with some compressed air and after I got that I put the graphics card back in and the fan back on then it still wasn't give me the frames so I tried taking the graphics card at one more time and when I put it back in nothing was popping up on the screen the computer was on the fans were going on the CPU and the cooling fans and the GPU fan but nothing was popping up on my monitor
Please I need help

i now have taken the ram out and put one in and im now in the windows desktop home screen im using the hdmi on my motherboard but i put my 1060 6gb in and tried using it nothing poped up but it is only

You need to plug the monitor into the graphics card. not the motherboard.
