Not enough internet speed.

I have an old 100Mb/s ethernet card in my old computer and new router with 1Gb/s ethernet ports. Internet speed should be 225 Mb/s. Made test with other computers shows the right speed, but on 100Mb/s computer shows only 20Mb/s. I tried everything-changed cables, changed ports- always same result - only 20Mb/s. What could be wrong ?

You need a new network card that supports 1Gb/s

exactly you only did half an upgrade by upgrading the router. the computer end has to support the speed or u wont see it. upgrade that network card
