All right, so my situation is pretty much, I built my own gaming PC. I got everything going, working, my only issue was at first my LAN adapter wouldn't work thus giving me no internet. I ended up figuring out it fixed itself once I took out my capture card, my PC also boots up A LOT faster without it in, and there has been times my PC simply refused to boot pass the start up screen. None of that happens when my capture card isn't in it.

This is my build, I can't remember where I found the parts for a $500-600 Gaming PC build but that's where this all started.

Now the only part in this that wasnt on the list is my capture card, which is a AVerMedia Live Gamer HD and plugs into a PCIe.

I also got two extra 120 fans on top.

Do you think this card makes it where my current PSU isn't strong enough for this, or could it simply be an issue with the capture card part in general?

The capture card doesn't really affect the power demand that much. I think it's either a problem with the card or it's driver. If you can find different drivers, you might experiment with those. If there is a service associated with it, I would change it to delayed start and see if that helps.

Do you think a Sentey Xplus Power Supply 725 Watt? I'd get the one you suggest if it weren't double the price of what I originally bought. I'm surprised it isn't that good though.
