Not Enough RAM for Running Fortnite

I have 4 GB DDR4 SDRAM, Windows 10 Home, 1 TB SATA 5400 rpm hard drive, 2GB AMD Radeon R5 M330 GPU and Intel i5-7200U. My system is a Dell Inspiron 3567 system. I meet the minimum specs for playing Fortnite. I run the game at all low settings.
Internet connection is not a problem as I can run other multiplayer games just fine.
I experience terrible stuttering and freezing. I cannot shoot.
My RAM and HDD and GPU together sit at 100% in task manager while running Fortnite. CPU is fine at 25%.
At idle-RAM-70%, HDD-15%, GPU-1% CPU-10%
I have tried updating my drivers and windows.
I have also disabled various process.
I have scanned the PC for Malware by Malwarebytes and MacAfee.
I uninstalled MacAfee.
The game is not playable for me. Please help me. People with no GPU are running this game. Why not me?

Ram at 70% (2.8GB) at idle?

That's your first problem. Fortnite uses as much RAM as you have on your system. Tweaking alone probably won't help, but for what it's worth, go through all your startup items, services and so on, and decide which of them can be disabled or set to manual (as opposed to automatic).

Windows 7 can easily use 1-2 GB of RAM on idle if not tweaked, and requires minimum of 8GB imo if gaming. Windows 10 has to be as bad, if not worse. If you have a single RAM stick, you might get another matching one (and going to dual channel won't hurt either). Get 8GB in there (or 16GB if you can), and not only will the system work a lot faster as a result, the HDD activity will reduce too.

Lastly, get an SSD instead of the HDD. The laptop will be a lot faster for it.

Thank you for replying.
I cannot buy a SSD as I will void my Dell warranty. I am indeed considering a RAM upgrade. No system process seems to be hogging more then 10 Mb RAM. Most are using 0.5-0.4 Mb RAM. There are 88 processes running in total. Most of them are system host and COM surrogate. I have disabled most useless startup processes. While running chrome, RAM sits at 88%. My RAM usage numbers are not adding up.
What should I do?
Thanks again for answering.

Should I disable all or look for those that look vital?
Thanks for answering.

Keep the vital, such as anti virus, sound, graphics, and so on. Here's an example. Of the 21 startup processes, three are enabled. Half of those disabled get run when I want to use them, such as printer, iTunes etc. The rest are just noise.

Also consider non-essential scheduled tasks, windows indexing and basically anything that you don't use. Note that on my list I have bluetooth disabled, as I don't use it. Some people do, so take a wee while to work through each item and discover what its for. Just be very cautious about disabling anything that relates to graphics until you ID it as essential or not. You need graphics to see what's on the screen. 😀
