I have a GA-H61M-DS2 rev. 2.2 it has only 1 system fan slot, it has an 80 mm fan plugged in. That fan does not have a molex to connect to the psu. I bought 2 120mm more, one has a molex and the other is 3 pin.
What do i do? Should i buy an adapter 3 pin to molex or a splitter? Maybe smting else?

Solution
I think your motherboard system fan header is 4-pin. You can use a splitter for the two 3-pin fans. Any fan connected from the PSU to a molex will run full speed all the time. You can use a 3-pin fan connector on a 4-pin header. It won't operate as pwm but you can usually set a speed profile in bios since it's connected to the motherboard.
