My custom-built PC seems to have have randomly gotten USB problems.

I at first only had one hub-powered hard drive in back, one bus-powered TV Tuner card in front and I noticed it seems then the front USB ports don't want to accept anything power consuming like a thumb drive or any other hard drive.

Eventually I got the computer to accept two hard drives in the back but then the minute my TV Tuner started to record the second back hard drive hooked up "disappeared" from the system and only shutting off the TV Tuner card seemed to bring it back.

I was looking at USB powered hubs but none list what kind of power comes out of the AC adapter to know if I am getting an adequate hub to solve my problem.

Both USB-hub powered.

Thanks again I totally forgot about the manuals.

I was checking the specifications on various sites and noticed almost nobody put the power in said area.
