Not entirely sure if my motherboard is dead or if my CPU is dead or my PSU.

Hi,

I've had my current PC build for nearly 2 years now, and it's treated me pretty well up until this point, I was in the middle of a CS:GO game and my PC turned off and it wouldn't turn back on. Earlier that day I had a error message pop up in Windows saying a USB device is withdrawing too much power, I've recently had to use an old IBM keyboard so I'm not sure if it has had anything to do with this. However I've tried mostly everything possible to try and get the system working again. I've tried booting it up with just the CPU and Mobo and PSU and still nothing happens, no lights, no fans etc. I did notice however the inbuilt led on the motherboard flashes once whenever I switch the power supply on, and then the light goes after a split second. I just need to know if it's my PSU malfunctioning or my motherboard is dead, or the CPU, open to all suggestions in desperate need to get my build working again.

My build is :

i5 4570
Asus ROG Hero VI Motherboard
Sapphire 290 Tri-x (x2)
H80i CPU Cooler
Samsung 850 EVO 250gb
Cosair 1000RM
Corsair Memory Vengeance 16GB DDR3 1600 MHz CAS 9 XMP Dual Channel Desktop Sandybridge

Thanks in advance :)
