[SOLVED] Not ethernet after BIOS Reset

Hi i've reset my workstation PC's BIOS. After resetting bios i couldn't connect the ehternet ethernet . I've checked all drivers reinstalled but can't solve it. İt looks like causing bios settings. Mothetboard model Asus X99 Rampage V Extreme and i didn't know where the lan settings. I can't understand how can i get these problems on that high-end board.
If it require specs:
Intel Core I7-6800K CPU
Asus ROG X99 Rampage V Extreme Mobo
Nvidia Quadro K5000 4GB GDDR5 256-Bit GPU
Gskill TridentZ RGB 16GB(8GBx2) 3200 MHz DDR4 CL16 RAM
Samsung EVO 970 PLUS 500GB M.2 SSD
Corsair RM750x 750W 80+ Gold PSU

Did you check if NIC is disabled in the BIOS ?

I'll check it and write if it's disabled. NIC is Network Adapter isn't it?

NCI was disabled i turned on that. It works well right now. Thanks.
