Not found DVD writer in boot order in bios

This is old Intel p4 pc . And I want upgrade from DVD writer . It is connected but not showing in hard disc boot priority . But showing in CD ROM boot priority. Order is CD ROM and then HDD. Please solve

If it's disabled from boot it won't show in the boot order.
