Not getting 1600MHz memory from Corsair

I have bought the Gigabyte 78LMT-USB motherboard and attached one Corsair 4GB 1600 mhz vengeance ram but when the computer starts the boot screen shows 1333 mhz, how can i get the maximum mhz, which has written in ram for my motherboard?

Set it in the BIOS.

^ there's a setting in your BIOS "XMP" profile. Set it to the 1600 MHz. The board from the default sets it at 1333 MHz.

The mobo supports up to 1333, you could try manually OCing to 1600 if the mobo allows for it, but no XMP, or EOCP support

My bad there is no XMP 🙁

XMP is for DRAM 1600 and up+, so with no support, no XMP 😉
