[SOLVED] not getting 240hz option!!!!!! only getting 120hz max!!!!

i brought a new monitor LG 27GN750 240hz
i m not able to get 240 hz option
only getting 120hz!!!!

my gpu gainward gt 710 2gb (hdmi 1.4a)

any help would be appreciated

edit: i m connecting the monitor through HDMI which came along with the monitor!!!!!!!

your gpu probably doesn't support 240hz through HDMI

Good cause I was wondering what the heck you're doing running 240hz on a 710 lol

I mean you could buy a GPU when it releases, then the 5k series cpu when that releases, but yes get 5k over 3k they'll be worth the wait
