Not getting any sign of power from MB

Hi there, I am trying to build a new system I have the following
ASRock B450 GAMING-ITX mb
AMD Ryzen 5 1500X Quad Core AM4
Crucial Ballistix Sport LT Gray 8GB DDR4
Vs450w

When everything plugged in all fans start spinning however cannot see any lights in the MB to show it is getting power and not getting anything through the HDMI output. I have been through the steps in this forum about troubleshooting and still not getting any joy. Thanks

Are you using a PCIe graphics card?

Did you plug in the 8 pin EPS 12v connector to the motherboard AND the 24 pin ATX connector, depending on what that board has?

CPU cooler plugged in to the CPU_FAN header?

Which steps for troubleshooting did you follow? There are literally hundreds and thousands of troubleshooting tutorials on here.

Yeah I have plugged in the CPU fan which is working. I have plugged in the case fan which is working. I have plugged both the 20 pin and 8 pin power, However I do not have a graphics card, should that be needed? Was under the impression it had built in graphics?

Also I have tried booting with single RAM stick, and in an attempt to get somethingto happen I tried it with no RAM installed, again I got nothing

No, that CPU does not have integrated graphics. Only the APUs have that. You will need a graphics card or a different CPU.
