Not getting any video output from my new pc

I recently assembled my first pc with a Ryzen 5 1600, ab350m pro 4 motherboard, and a gt 710 gpu (I have other parts but I didn’t think they were relevant to the issue) and I’m not receiving any video output when I turn it on but all of my fans are running. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to troubleshoot this?

What ram are you using? Try booting with 1 stick in memory slot A2.

Hyperx fury 2x8 ddr4 2400, and I have tried that.
