Not getting anything close to benchmark scores with 9800 P..

I'm trying to match the benchmark score found at Tom's Hardware (the latest
VGA chart comparison), in which a score of nearly 120 FPS was posted for the
9800 Pro. Actually, I'd settle for anything better than what I am getting,
which is 30 fps on average with highs around 50. I don't see how it's
possible that there could be a 400% margin of difference unless there is
something messed up with my settings, but I don't think there is. There is
some other weirdness as well -- I cannot select OpenGL as the renderer (not
listed) and I get more or less the same framerate regardless of what
resolution/details I am using. Is this just me? If someone out there has a
similar setup please let me know what kind of numbers you get.

Relevant specs:

Athlon 3200+
Radeon 9800 Pro
Corsair 512MB RAM
Windows 2000/DirectX 9.0c

UT setup (as specified in test):

1024x768x32
Max details
AS-FallenCity

Catalyst setup:

Version 4.9
Performance Setting: Performance (default standard)
Smartgart: AGP 8X with all features ON

Reviewers rarely specify how they get their UT2004 benchmark numbers.
Some use their own pre-recorded demos, some use the built-in flyby's
or botmatches but then use a custom .ini file. For some reason, the
few UT2004 benchmarks I've seen on Tom's Hardware (I try to stay away
from their site) have astronomically high numbers.

Download UMark from http://www.unrealmark.com/ and then run a
benchmark using their "High Quality" setting (which uses a
pre-determined .ini file) and then post your number here. We'll see
how they stack up to my meager system. <G>
