Hello.
Today I tried to replace my hd radeon 7770 GPU on my desktop with a new nvidia gtx 1060. After the replacement I am unable to get video feed from my monitor.
I noticed that the gtx 1060 will start spinning its fans and then shortly start slowing their speed until the fans stop. The gpu gets hot quickly and from time to time the fans start spinning again slowly. Everything else seems to run ok on the cpu (cpu fans, hdd, case fans). The mobo also emits a short beep every 30 seconds or so.
I tried switching back to my old gpu and the PC booted up normally so I know the rest of the hardware is working well. Anyone has any idea what could be the problem? Thanks in advance.
Btw my system's specs are
Motherboard: ECS A960M-MV
CPU: Amd Fx A6
PSU: Coolermaster 550W
Ram: 8gb
OS: Windows 10
GPU (old): Radeon 7770
