Not getting max performance?

Hi guys
Specs:-
ryzen 1700x clocked to 3.7GHz
asus strix 1080
16gb of DDR4 at 3200MHz
GIGABYTE GA-AB350M-Gaming 3

I feel like im not getting the max performance, for eg, when I play rainbow six siege at the lowest settings I never drop below 100fps yet struggle to hold 120fps.
My CPU and GPU both run below 50%
Maybe this fps is what to expect with my rig? I dunno

cpu/gpu temp? new os install? what resolution are you playing??
