Not getting proper fps

Hey guys i need help 🙁
I m not getting FPS i should get and its fps drops too

My specs
I3 7100 @3.90ghZ
Motherbaord h110m
Ddr4 ram 4 gb
Zotac 1050ti 4Gb oc edition
PCU 230. 5A 50-60ghz


I play CS GO i build this pc specially for fps ..... I m really saD that I m geeting 200fps maX (I should get 250+) and some time its drops from 200 to 100 🙁
Is my PCU the main reason.
Guyz how can I improve that plz suggest that

I don't know if the power supply is the problem, but I would upgrade to a MINIMUM 300W PSU and only if it was a good power supply. If you are going to buy something cheap then a 430W or so should be the minimum. That card and CPU don't use a lot of power but 230W is far too low. Once you upgrade the power supply and test the game, it's worth considering other possibilities.
