Question Not getting right performance?

I want get good fps on minecraft shaders but i keep on getting like 30fps which is horrible, i looked on youtube on some guy using shaders and he got 80fps and yeah, overall im just not getting the best fps.. my cooling is pretty good and when im playing my cpu get's to 70 degrees and my GPU at 45 degrees, someone help?

70c on stock cooler is appropriate.

What speed is your memory? Latest bios and motherboard drivers? Latest graphics drivers?
