[SOLVED] not getting the expected FPS in warzone.

Hello I just upgrade my cpu from i5 8600 to i5 11600KF but still getting 100fps to 120fps. I think it should have more. I did the optimizations and stuff like game mode, nvidia control panel, and in-game graphic settings.

I reset my whole pc after the I updated the bios.

There is a difference between resetting Windows and doing a completely fresh reinstall. Was it a new installation, wipe the drive and install using the installation media.

I did what you said and my fps did raise a few, from 100 - 120fps to 110 - 130fps, place varies.

The game is poorly optimized. That's what everyone gets, <Mod Edit> fps with drops even though on a high-end PC.

Well that's true, but I saw some youtubers pushing their PCs optimization. Right now when I play a game like plunder or BR. The GPU utilization has the same percentage as the cpu utilization.
