Question Not optimum mode

It says this when i play a game how do i fix this? I recently overclocked my monitor(SMB2230) to 132hz because it can, i am using a dvi- d cable and 1920x1080@60hz now i dont really now how to set my display setting to normal because radeon settings said “This custom resolution is currently in use. To delete this resolution, first go to the os resolution and page and change the display resolution. The problem here was im running @WINDOWS 10 but i cannot see anything that would change my display settings to default

Create a new resolution to match your 132hz. Switching to that should free up the 1080/60hz for editing. At least i think you are trying to edit it.

But what if i like the resolution that is 1920x1080 how can i fix the thing?

Nvm my samsung monitor wont let me the highest i got is 66 haistttt(
