[SOLVED] Not posting with docp at rated memory speed

So a cousin asked me to take his computer apart because there was an issue with it. Got it all fixed up, but ever since he bought the PC, it never posted past 2666mhz when it's rated at 3200.
Ram installed in 2/4 Slots.

I've never worked with amd machines with docp, so it might be that I'm little brain. Why do you think it wouldn't post?

Cpu Ryzen 1600
Trident Z 3200
650W Psu
2070 Super (Wasn't working on a 1060 either)
A b450 board *Not sure exactly the brand, Probably asus strix)

Set the memory to 2933Mhz. Ryzen first generation chips memory controller is not guaranteed to work above 2933Mhz. This is something that they improved in the 2nd and 3rd gen chips.
