Question Not powering

Initial 2 tries opened. Now not powering. Gets that half a second power when i replug psu cables. Tried on multiple PCs

I5-3300
Gtx 1060 6gb
Ddr3 8gb ram
Corsair Cx 550 Watt 80 Plus Bronze Modular

It might have been my fault. First try was on another pc then second try was on my current pc but with my old gpu R7 240. Then the last try with the 1060 i couldn't open. Perhaps i played around too much.

No the psu doesn't work on any of the PCs anymore

Well it started working after re-trying after sometime but the fan is spinning slowly (at idle as i don't have any apps on pc yet) . Is that normal or is it suppose to adjust according to load? Yeah i know i can install and test it myself. But asking if adjusting is a functionality in this psu.

Edit: apparently holding the 24 pin cable in a certain way keeps it running. The one in the inside i mean. Is it replaceable?
