hello guys so right now my rig:
CPU- i76800k
GPU- msi gtx 1080 EK X
PSU 1000i
Samsung evo m.2
MB- MSI x99 gaming carbon
ram-CORSAIR Dominator Platinum 64GB (4 x 16GB)3333hz
sound card- asus rog phoebus
and for cooling I got custom loop with a total of 600mm of cooling with with 10 corsair SP 120 in push and pull action,

ok now for my question, so I have 2 gtx 660 ti collecting dust, so would it be good if I use the 660ti sli for psysx? and I also got a 4670K hanging around.

the monitor I'm running is benq XL2730 as my main monitor and asus pg 348q as my second. what can I do with the old rig to make my new rig beter

No reason for two physx cards. If they're just laying around you could add one for that purpose and help a bit in some situations.

so its not going to slow my 1080 down right? and in what situation would it help me with.

I don't play any hardcore games just league and csgo, and its just a gaming pc no work will be done on it

It'll help GPU bound games that support physx Google is your friend for that list. If it's CPU limited it won't help anything if it's not a physx game it won't help. It can't slow things down. In CSGO disable hyperthreading to increase your fps most likely
