Question Not receiving 'confirmation codes' from my bank in Yahoo email

Hi, I do not know what has happened but for about two months I have not been receiving 'confirmation codes' from my bank via Yahoo email.
(I was receiving 'confirmation codes' from my bank before! I have called my bank and they told me that something must have been wrong on my end.)

I am receiving other messages from my bank, e.g. 'your monthly statement is available', etc.
I am not using any filters or forwarding in the email settings.

I have been using Kaspersky Interrnet Security 2019 and now 2020 with the Safe Money feature.
I disabled it and I even paused Kaspersky Interrnet Security 2020 and it did NOT help at all.

Any comments would be appreciated.

Have you checked Yahoo's bulk mail folder?

If you are using a mail client is it configured for POP or IMAP? If POP it may be going to the junk folder online and never making it to your computer.
