not recognizing my radeon rx480 8gb gpu

hi ive tried everything but windows 7professional is not reading my graphics card highly frustrating. does anyone know the answer to my problem. thanks
 
Solution
Make sure the card is firmly seated in the pcie slot. Did you plug the 6 or 8 pin power cable into the card? Did you install the drivers for the card? What does device manager show after you install the drivers? In device manager under "help", there is an icon to "scan for hardware changes". See if that helps "kickstart" things.
